You HAVE to cash out no later than July 31 to receive a payment in August. Payments are processed on the 20th (or a couple days before). If you are using PayPal, your money will go to your paypal by the 20th. Not sure on checks or direct deposit. Good luck!

Complete the Netflix offer if you never had Netflix before. It will give you credit of $8.00 if you follow the directions. It credited me within a hour and a half. Dont cancel your membership within 3 business days or they take back the $8.00. You have a whole month to try Netflix out for free and watch as many movies as you like. They wont charge you if you cancel within 30 days during the free trial. A pretty good deal.

Check the FAQs under links. Here's what FC has to say about the rules for cashing out:

We disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, your payment will be disbursed on or around August 20th. You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

So you want to cash out by end of day on Sunday, July 31. If you wait until Aug 1, your payment won't be disbursed until Sept 20th, no matter which method of payment you choose. The clock is ticking!
