Just recently this afternoon, Obama and the congress made a budget plan meet, what do y'all think about it? Do you think it will work? Will it be good for our economy?

What budget plan? Obama has no plan. The only legislation that exists passed through the House yesterday. That is the only serious plan.

Everything else-- the Gang of Six in the Senate, the McConnell plan-- are only outlines. You can't have the CBO score an outline, or a speech. Outlines and speeches can't be voted on.
