Can anyone explain easy. What do I click on to browse and upload my picture

There is 14 on the top row and 15 on the second row.

Starting with the top row B would be 1

Could anyone tell me which one I click on to browse my pictures and upload on here.

Any instructions are just not simple enough for me to understand and I need that one dollar.

I copy and paste my paypal and no one has paid me my dollar for showing I got paid.

I want to put a picture of what I bought on here.

So how can I do that in easy instructions.

The way I post my proof of payment is by clicking additional options (right below where you type) then attach my jpg. Keep in mind that you will not get paid for a bit, this bonus is not instant.
