didn't receive credit

I did the Chilli's offer and the Personality test offer and never received credit for either of them, I even received the result's for the personality test one and a Thank you, and the chili's offer I printed up the coupon like I'm suppose to, but never received credit for either of them.

The past couple of days I've been having trouble receiving credit for any of the surveys I do  I did surveys on Thursday evening & was credited Friday morning but things I've done Friday morning (over 24 hours ago) still not credit  Those same surveys I was doing earlier in the week and credited instantly
