Change the locks.  Eventually she will be begging to get back in.

Bring her *bleep* back home, sit her down and ask her what she wants! Then tell her what you can do for her, and what she will not be doing anymore!

You must take the upper hand in this situation and remember that you ARE the parent. Lay down some house rules and curfews, and stick by them no matter what. Tell her if she breaks them, the police will be called. It's called tough love and you better start applying it or she's going to wind up pregnant, mentally/emotionally damaged, or worse.....she could wind up dead on the streets. It's not unheard of, and I have comforted more than one parent when their child turns up dead from an overdose, questionable contacts, etc.

Tell her if she wants to be on her own, then she has to convince the court system as she can file a motion to be emancipated from you (be on her own). In Alaska this is legal for a child to do this. Most of them get jobs and live on their own. If you give her that choice, she might stop to think about what it's actually going to entail living on her own. Right now she can come and go when she wants. She can sleep in her own bed, eat what is in the fridge, etc., living at home. It might be another story if she has to provide all those things she takes for granted herself.
