Weight Loss Workout

I have been working out with Jullian Michaels with her 30 day Shred DVD, and she has been giving me a real workout, but I am so sore after I workout with her.  I am building muscle but my muscles stay sore.  Just wonder if anyone else was doing the same workout, and if they were sore from the workout as well.

No im scared of jillian micheals, but i had a personal trainer once and i was so SORE! its because ur  building muscle so congratulations!!

I started the Zumba Dance about a week ago.  Still learning, but I think it is fun!  Can't "weight" for the pounds to start dropping!

I'm glad to hear someday talk about the zumba workout I have been wanting to try it, looks like fun but I never heard anyone talk about doing it.

I've heard great things about Jillian Michaels, and if you're not sore you're probably not working hard enough!! But I have heard over and over that it's important to let your muscles rest a day. You should do cardio every day, but weight lifting should be every other day (or do legs one day, arms the next so you trade back and forth). Muscle needs to rest to be able to build up again, otherwise you just break it down. I know Jillian Michaels has worked for a lot of people though, so if you follow the program I'm sure it will work for you!

I am not doing the some workout. But I am working out. I have been told by my trainer  to push myself. But only to were it is uncomfortable. If I do more then that I well be sore. It is something to think about and good luck

I did the Slim in 6 before, during and after pregnancy... it has worked well for me... the secret is to stretch out....

First week of it is the hardest and second week will be little easier and after that it will get better.  Just don't quit.  Make sure you give your body 1 day off to recoop each week.  Good luck and have fun.  :wave:

after you finish your work out  get some aspirin, that will help you out with the sore of your muscles.

I have been doing latin dance workout for over 2 month, but I haven't lost any weight :crybaby2:
I hear it's tough to lose weight after you have a baby and it's true. I'm struggling... :sad1:

THE BEST WAY ESPECIALLY IN A SUMMER IS DRINKING WATER WITH LEMON,ALSO A LOT OF FRESH FRUITS & VEGETABLES!!!

Eating well and wisely plus constant exercises is the best way to lose weight and to stay in shape. However not very easy to keep that for anyone and 2 cups of hot coffee also works on weight loss. Good luck and trying to be active all the time will help too!
