my direct deposit was denied????

  my direct deposit was denied said wrong account number to fix it and send in ticket ,have redone it and was asked a bunch of ?? as it is prepay debit card gave all info and send in ticket, how long before I know if am gonna get paid or if theres another problem???  thanks windstormangels, new to fusion yes it said because of wrong account number

you probly made a typo when inputing your account and didn't realize it. you won't know if there is another problem until you attempt to correct the account number.
