Anyone watch it this weekend?

 yes I watched the US Open, congratulations to Rory McIlroy who won the US Open by a record eight shots

No I didn't watch it! I can't understand what people get out of watching someone chase a little round golf ball all over the cow pasture for anyway. And when they catch up to it they hit it again and continue the chase! I just can't figure out how anyone could get a thrill out of that!

I watched maybe a few holes on Sunday, that was about it. Congrats to Rory for running away with it!

I watched it because it is great to see a young man with the drive to be the best in his career and yet be a nice guy. Also it was good to see Robert Garrilus come from behind to make it a tie for third and the highest player from the USA.

I got to watch most of it but didn't see Young Rory win ... I was in church but when we got home I quickly looked it up online to make sure he won.  How wonderful!!!  He is such a sweet young man and so much talent.  Wasn't that a wonderful Fathers Day gift!!!

I watched little bits here and there when my husband had it on. My boy Phil didn't do too hot, so I didn't pay too much attention.

I watched the final day Sunday and bits and pieces during the week. Loved watching Rory hold it together for a record breaking win.

What do you think about Tiger and his prospects for a comeback to golf?

I think he is on the downhill slide. He can't stay healthy right now to be able to play to the best of his ability.
