In some cases money is not creditted

Hi all,

have any one of you faced the same problem? Some of my clicks and activity of filling up surverys/forms, doesnt yield money. Please share me incase I need to do anything extra.

Do you clear your cookies and temp files BEFORE you start a given offer or series of surveys for a given survey box?

You will frequently be DQ's (disqualified) for surveys because you don't meet the desired demographics, but if you are accepted and complete the survey (ie get to the congrad page or a page that says you completed the survey), then you should be receiving credit.

I usually leave the congrads page open and keep checking my account page to see that I've been credited (usually comes through in 10 minutes or less).  If it hasn't credited in 10 minutes, I take a screen shot of the congrads page, paste it to my PAINT software, add some comments of what (survey site and topic), when (time and day); and expected return and save it as a jpeg picture.  If I haven't received credit in a couple of days, I would send in a support ticket to FC and include the jpeg picture as support. May not get you credit, but it will add to the list of sites that aren't crediting as promised.

Its possible you may not have finished the surveys all the way thru. It happened to me and I never got credit. if that is not the case, i would put a support ticket in and a list of which ones you did not get credit for.

I sotimes think that it has something to do with the internet connection.  But I think the idea above is great about keeping the file so that you can report it.  I have had a couple of problems that don't post but sometime I think it is something that I am doing wrong.  But then I hear about others having the same problem.

Thank you.  I'm having this problem too.  I don't usually meet their demographics but I have a long list of offers that I thought were complete, but have yet to credit.  Now that I'm more experienced I'll have to try them again and save the end page.

I'm a bit bummed over an offer that didn't seem to go through yesterday though apparently the site has been real busy sharing my info. I am thinking I will give it a couple of days and see.

Did a survey today that didn't credit.  It sucks but it happens sometime.

I don't think it should happen sometimes and I don't accept that we just have to accept it. We take the time to do the surveys or offers and i'm not just saying 'oh well'. There is no way to contact anyone about this. I am owed eleven dollars for the sign up bonus and also signing up with world winner and I expect to be paid. I need to know how this can be resolved and i'm not willing to just accept that I will not be paid. A promise is a promise and it takes time to do whatever you choose to do so the least that should happen is you get paid for your trouble. This way we don't know what we will get paid for or not. I need this to be resolved before I do any more offers. :-
