if u didnt have your past, what would u have?? nothing or just your present and ur future? my man seems to dwell on his past alot but i tell him if he didnt experience what he did, he wouldnt be the man he is. and everything happens for a reason. if his past were different he wouldnt even know me so.. i'm grateful for him and i would hope he is grateful for me coz i know i am so much better then his other gf's that i have to give myself alot of credit. not coz i know he wants me over them but if he hasnt left me by now then i know im doing something right and he wants me. i know i do alot of things to *bleep* him off but before i do those things now.. i ask myself do i really wanna fight? most of the time the answer is no i dont wanna fight coz i know i will eventually lose him. i know i cant stop him from leaving, but i dont want to force the issue.

I do think that your past makes you who you are in many ways. You have to remember though not to let it tell you who you should be. You should be the person you want to be. Everyone has things they aren't proud of or things that hurt them and it's best to leave that in the past and let it remind you of where you don't want to be anymore. I like to look at myself for who I am now and look ahead to the future

The past created who we are, but it can not be changed and we can never go back. The future is an unwritten book! Every now and again, it's time to take a new mental picture of our lives and move forward from there.
