I Got Malware Warning doing Paid To Click

I got a malware warning doing Paid to Click.  I got the warning at the end when I went to click on the Toluna ad that we leave open for 60 seconds. I have a mac so I went ahead and did it anyway.  This was about 30 minutes ago to an hour ago.  I am not having any problems with my computer.  Did anyone else have a problem like this?

I got a message before the Tolune ad came up saying I might get a malware warning, but that the warning was misplaced and I should be able to continue without a problem.  I clicked continue; did not get the acutal malware warning.

Do not expect any problems.

My virus protection gave me a warning since I've done the PTC too.

I think FC needs to rethink some of their sponsors and offers.

i got this warning as well, but was able to do my offers without any problems:
