Oh I hate when that happens! I'm not only registered to this survey site but also registered with other survey sites and I hate it when I don't get paid for the survey's that I complete.. It sucks because everytime I complete a survey I wonder if I am going to get paid or ripped off. It sucks! But I absolutely love it when I get paid for them :D :D :P Especially when I get paid for short, simple, and fun surveys.. Even better when you get paid a good cent for the short, simple & fun ones :D

You need to clear your cache and cookies before taking each survey. Also, when you are done taking a survey, leave the browser open for approx. 5 minutes. This has helped me get credited for almost every survey I've taken. There is the occasional misstep, like today: the site was having difficulties after I finished my survey, so I probably won't get credit.

I've heard someone say "It's the luck of the draw with surveys", but that really isn't the truth when you do all the above as it greatly increases your chances 99% of being credited.
