when to cashout so I get it before his birthday?

hey you guys I was hoping to cashout before my husbands birthday which is on october 4, so to get the money before then when do I cash out. I was think it was july but I'm not sure :dontknow:

Cashing out August 31st would get you your payment on or around the 20th of September so you would have it by October.
