gas grill or charcoal

I do think that charcoal grills do taste better but gas grills are better for you to eat from.  My mother had esophageal cancer and the Drs said that cooking on charcoal grills could have possibly contributed to it.

This doesn't answer the question but the best taste is using wood chips to grill. Gives i the best flavor. I like charcoal also but never use lighter fluid. It takes away from the flavor.

definitely charcoal. growing up tailgating at lambeau field, grilling brats... you gotta use charcoal. its just not the same with a gas grill.

I am not sure, im not a cook expert so I wouldnt know what to use but I think grill or gas.

I prefer to use charcoal. I enjoy the smell and that special taste that you only get from grilling with hot coals. But I don't like to cook directly on the grill rack, I use aluminum foil. Now I really wanna have a cook out! Mmmmm d:

Ive used both and i love my gas so much more .Theres no mess and its just so much easier to use.

Im a huge charcoal fan, but I sure like the easy clean-up gas. Sometimesit just depends on whats getting grilled.....

I like charcoal but gas grills are much more conveinient so I use gas.

We use both.  I prefer charcoal when I have the time but use gas more often for time issues.

   This one is hard to say, because to me--gas is better and healthier.  But, people do have their own special way of cooking meals.

gas is easier for me just click wait a few minutes to heat up and grill.

I do like the taste from charcoal, some don't, but i do prefer to cook on a gas grill as I can regulate the heat. Gas is much easier to cook with charcoal takes time and experience, but once you learn how I think charcoal is then better.
