I am cooking today. Ham, potatoes, butter beans, baked beans, salad, cake, yeast rolls, corn.  And I am making a freezer of ice cream.  My family is coming over and that is the best part.  When we all get together, that is a blessing.  Hope everyone has a Wonderful Easter and don't forget why and who it is for.  May God bless everyone.

This may be hard to believe but I plan on have some jelly beans, marshmallow rabbits, cadbury egg, speckled eggs, chocolate and coconut egg and some dyed eggs. If that don't upset my stomach I am going to Red Lobster for a lobster dinner.

For Easter, we had Spiral Ham, Homemade Rolls, Pinwheel rolls with herb cream cheese filling, brocolli salad, fresh fruit salad.  It was soo good...  There is noting quite like having leftovers.

I made myself chicken primavera fettucini pasta.  Very tasty - and I have enough for dinner for the week now.   ;D
