is reality TV worth watching?

I tried watching some of them when they first came out but lost interest. Once in a while I might watch American Idol or Dancing With the Stars. But I rather watch the oldies but goodies!!!

The only reality show I like is The Biggest Loser. I think it could benefit so many people. Some of the stories are so inspiring! I think it's worth watching if it could help you in your everyday life.

The only reality show I watch is "America's Got Talent". The rest of them aren't worth my time. How 'REAL' can it possibly be when you have a camera shoved in your face 24 hours a day. And really, why do I want to watch a man kill bugs on tv. Or a mean and angry chef yell and cuss at his students. It's not for me. But apparently there are lots of people that enjoy it or they wouldn't still be on tv.
