Has anyone tried Jupiter Jack?

I don't have a hands free phone and in my state it's illegal to drive and talk on a cell phone.  I don't get a lot of calls when I'm driving but you never know. I checked out some reviews and a lot of them were bad.  If you have it does it work?

never tried it, though I've seen people with it...I'm sure it works in some regards, though honestly, is it really necessary to drive/talk on the phone at the same time??
Pull over or just wait, it's not that urgent, and super super risky!
