Check
« on: March 25, 2011, 03:17:46 pm »
Hey all I was wondering if someone could answer me this question. If lets say you misplace your check or lose it, is there a way to get another check mailed to you. Would they be able to stop the check they sent to you and cut you another one I was just curious.

I had seen this on a thread awhile back:

1) Pay the stop payment fee ($20) and get a new check (or receive the funds via PayPal or Direct Deposit). If you choose this option, the stop payment fee will be deducted from your cashout amount on the reissued check.

2) Wait. Hopefully, the check will be returned to us. If not, after 6 months the check will become stale dated, at which point we can issue a new check or pay via a different method at no cost to you.

May want to file a support ticket to confirm

I dont think they would be able to do that for you unfortunatly. The only way to figure out for sure is to submit a support ticket!

Hey thanks for that information. It was really helpfull. I did send an support ticket to fusion cash and hopefully they can tell me the same thing. If they issue me a new check I guess I would have to pay the 20 dollar fee or something. Thanks again.
