Do men or women use their brain to the fullest capacity ? why or why not?

I believe both gender don't use their brain to the fullest, don't you know we only use 20% of the brain.  Learned that in that movie trailer, forgot the name of the movie, but I believe it's true.

in actuallity, many do not use there brain to the fullest compasity, and no its not based on gender, its based on meditation and the power and gift to see what is not visible, yes im speaking of the higher consiousness, the magickal world.  not even the so called geniouses use ther whole brain, i have to say i dont either but i am working on that area everyday. for to achieve that you would have your hearts desires and no not talking about showing some cleavage or legs girls......

Actually we do use our entire brain. Mythbusters busted this myth where we only use 10% of our brain.

If you consider just how much of the brain is being used to control parts of our body for us (breathing, etc.) and all the chemicals it produces also for our body to use, what's left is used to it's full, or peak performance.

Capacity? Sure.  The will to do it? Not so much.  I refuse to believe that some people even use the 10 percent according to the myth. lol but there's my negativity seeping out.  By the way, myth busters rocks.
