Why I can not get paid!!!

I finished MySurvey and Nielsen Digital Voice. But I didn't get paid. I don't know why!!!

If you finished your survey and it came up with a screen saying that you completed, you need to keep that open for about 10 minutes, If you did do this then you need to put a ticket into FC on it, so that it can be recorded. Sometimes the advertiser's on FC don't pay out and it need to be recorded with FC so that if it happens often, they will drop the advertiser. Make sure you keep your window open that says that you have completed the survey - you can minimize it, until it gets credited to your account, if it does not it is always good to take a Screenshot of it and send it along with your ticket to FC.

This has happened to me a number of times.  It is hit or miss.  Right now I'm not doing any of those extra surveys as they are time consuming and it's frustrating when I don't get credit for them.  However, if I have some free time, I will definitely go back and do some more, but you have to be prepared that you aren't always going to get credit for them even when you've  completed them.  Make sure you clear your cookies prior to a survey and as the above poster suggested, keep the survey open for 10 minutes.  Good luck.

It is just part of the deal.  Offers use certain triggers to credit you.  If you go too fast or use the same email address twice with offers from the same company or have completed the offer before, you may not get credit.  The best thing to do is to read the tips here from other members.
