How many glasses of water do you drink a day?

8 glasses of water everyday makes your doctor far away! I try my best to drink 8 glasses everyday

I try to drink plenty, but I never count my glasses. I still don't drink enough as I should. Can I count the glasses of tea I drink too? lol

I drink about 2...I hate drinking water, but I have to.

I really don't drink much probably 3 glasses of water a day. I hate going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and I can't really take breaks at work either. I know I should drink more but it is hard to get in the habit.

I DRINK 1 LITRE EVERYDAY or it can be more than that

I don't really count the number of glasses I drink each day but I try to get as close to a gallon as possible. I know it's a lot, and there has been new research saying water isn't as important as they used to say, but #1 I'm trying to lose weight and want to stay full and not eat when I'm actually just thirsty and #2 I have problem skin and the water really helps clear it up. The other reason I drink so much is how dehydrated I get while I run. I weighed myself before I ran and then after I ran, and I had lost 4 pounds of water! Plus, I have this theory that may or may not be true, but if our bodies are approximately 70% water, don't you want to flush and change out that water?

I always start the day off with a glass of water but only drink when I'm thirsty through out the day - some days 1 liter, depending on activity as much as a gallon.

I drink 4 12oz. bottles everyday.....mostly after my exercise routine
