Thank you for the information. Could you please tell me which of these prompts from the FAQs I should have looked at to find "Contact Information":
General
How does FusionCash work?
Simple! You sign up and complete any number of offers (we have hundreds, ranging from surveys to free trials and credit cards). Then, you "cash out" your balance and get paid by your preferred method.
How can you afford this?
The advertisers pay us to send them potential customers. This form of marketing is much more effective than standard advertising, because they pay only for fully acquired customers. There is no wasted advertising money as there is in traditional advertising, such as TV or radio spots.
Why are you giving away money?
It's simple: advertisers are in need of new customers, and they're willing to pay sites like FusionCash top dollar for each new "lead". We share much of the advertiser's "bounty" with you.
What sets FusionCash apart from other sites?
We think that requiring referrals can often lead to frustration. At FusionCash, you are in complete control of how much you earn, since you get paid for every offer you complete. We even give you a $5 signup bonus! You never have to refer a friend unless you want to.
How do I close my account?
Simply cease logging in and you will receive no emails except for our occasional newsletter. If you wish, you may unsubscribe from our occasional newsletter. If you absolutely must have your account disabled, you can open a support ticket to request it.
Offers
What is an offer, and how do I complete one?
An offer is an advertiser's way of gaining customers. An offer may be for a product or service, or merely for registering on a website. Each offer has different terms for completion, which are usually listed along with the offer description. If the offer does not have any "requirements" listed, you may assume that completion requires you to sign up and order the product or service offered.
How long does it take to get credit for an instant offer?
Most instant offers will be credited to your account within 10 minutes. However, they may occasionally take several hours or even days to show up. Please read the offer credit information page.
How long does it take to get credit for a non-instant offer?
Most non-instant offers will be credited to your account within a day or two. Occasionally, the advertiser delays reporting for days or even weeks.
What offers do you have?
Click here to view a complete list.
Why are my offer completions marked as "expired"?
Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.
We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.
We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.
Cashouts
I've cashed out. How long until I get my money?
We pay out on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, you'll be paid on or around May 20th.
How much money do I need in my account in order to cash out?
The minimum balance for cashing out is $25. At least $15 of your balance must come from completed offers.
What different payment methods do you have, and how do they work?
We currently offer payments through: PayPal, Direct Deposit, and Check. No matter which method you choose, there are no fees or costs..
How do you process check payments?
Checks are sent via USPS First Class Mail to the mailing address on your FusionCash account.
How does Direct Deposit work?
If you wish to receive payment via Direct Deposit, you must furnish your account and routing numbers, as well as consent to deposit/withdraw.
Once you receive the "Cashout Approved" email, allow up to 7 business days for a credit labeled "FUSIONCASH/DISBURSEMENTS" to post to your account.
Are there special requirements for PayPal payments?
Yes. There are three main requirements:
Multiple FusionCash users may not share a single PayPal account
There must be an active PayPal account at the payment email address. (Sign up now)
PayPal accounts must be Verified and located in the United States.
If any of these requirements present a hardship, we suggest that you select a different cashout method, such as a check.
What is "Telephone Verification"?
Before you can cashout, we require that you provide and verify a telephone number. This simple process allows us to more effectively fight fraud and maintain our high payouts. All you have to do is type your telephone number, press a button, and enter a code into the telephone. It works best with land-line telephones. If you are unable or unwilling to verify your telephone number, you can use the alternative verification method and fax us identification.
Referrals
Can I refer my friends to earn more money?
Our referral bonus system is very simple:
Refer a friend who confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
Your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus
Your friend cashes out: $5 bonus (each and every time they cashout - for life)
Start referring friends now!
Why haven't I received credit for a referral?
Your account is credited for referring another user once he or she confirms his or her email address.
Do you have banners and text advertisements I can use to get referrals? Or where in these "Terms of Service" would I find contact information?
READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY. USAGE OF THIS SITE IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS.
These Terms of Service were last updated on April 29th, 2007 as allowed by Section VI.a.iv, to reflect our incorporation, note the removal of the ePassporte payment method, and note the new telephone verification requirement.
I. MEMBERSHIP
Membership requirements.
Users must be 18 years or older OR 13 years or older with parental permission. A user under 18 certifies that a parent has given permission by checking the box that corresponds to "I Agree."
Users must provide valid and truthful information during all stages of membership at FusionCash. This clause applies to every form of interaction with a FusionCash representative, FusionCash's web properties, and FusionCash's affiliated advertisers and partners, including, but not limited to: personal information, location, support tickets, manual credit requests, third-party signup information, and cashouts.
Users must reside in the United States of America. Only users residing in one of the 50 states are eligible; additionally, territories and APOs/FPOs are not eligible.
Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.
Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
Should a user's account be compromised, FusionCash will make every effort to correct the situation. However, account security is the sole responsibility of the user and the user may be held accountable for any actions taken on their own account. To prevent issues with account security, please use a strong password that would not be easily guessed, and do not share this password with anyone.
Disqualification. A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:
He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,
He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),
He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on FusionCash (e.g., "hacking"), or
He/she is determined by FusionCash, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.
He/she posts instructions for canceling any offer, a walkthrough, or any other type of tutorial or suggestion on a website. This includes but is not limited to: instructions on completing a specific offer, suggesting an offer based solely on its payout, or including cancellation web addresses or telephone numbers.
Cancellation/Deletion. If you wish to "cancel" or "delete" your account, you may open a support ticket to request deactivation. Note that deactivated accounts may not be recoverable. If you wish to unsubscribe from our periodic newsletter and other mailings, click here.
Transfer. Accounts, or balances contained therein, may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances, except by FusionCash.
II. WORD OF MOUTH
Definitions. A "Referral" is defined as: a user who signs up for FusionCash at another user's direction or suggestion, whether via a referral link or unreferred.
Conditions. Referrals must be unique and valid users. You may not sign up "on behalf" of another user. "Unique and valid" is defined as residing in a different household and using a different internet connection.
Falsification of Referrals. Any user falsifying Referrals may be subject to any or all of the following: account termination, loss of earnings, and legal action.
Walk-throughs. Users may not instruct their Referrals, or any other user, as to which offers to complete, nor assist them in completing offers. This is considered a "walk-through" and is strictly forbidden. Additionally, a user may not sign up for an offer "on behalf" of another user.
Responsibility. Users are responsible for the validity and eligibility of their Referrals. Users who generate large numbers of fraudulent Referrals, regardless of the method or intentions, will be subject to account termination and loss of earnings.
III. OFFERS
Offer Completion.
FusionCash is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit. For more information about offer crediting, please click here.
Users may only complete an offer if they have never completed it previously, whether on this site or another.
While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors do occur. FusionCash is not responsible for typographical errors on the offer pages.
FusionCash reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time for any reason.
Users must try only those offers in which they have a legitimate interest. If a user is found, in FusionCash's sole discretion, to be in violation of this provision, his/her earnings will be forfeit and his/her account disqualified.
Users must provide valid information when signing up for offers. Falsifying information for offers is grounds for account or offer credit disqualification.
FusionCash uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. FusionCash does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. FusionCash does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted.
Occasionally, offer links can redirect to other offers. If an offer link is redirecting to another offer, the user may not complete it. Any attempt to complete a redirected offer will not result in credit.
Users must be familiar with the Manual Credit Request process before completing offers. Please read the Offer Credit Information page.
Offer Terms. FusionCash is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.
IV. PAYMENTS ("Cashing out")
Disbursement. All payment of rewards is carried out by FusionCash and advertisers should not be contacted regarding this matter. FusionCash disburses payment for the previous month on or around the 20th of each month. If the user chooses to receive a check, he/she agrees to allow up to 10 additional business days for checks to be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Electronic payments are generally fulfilled by the 20th but may be delayed due to circumstances outside FusionCash's control.
Fees. Certain fees apply for different cashout methods. Please refer to the account information page for specifics. The user is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with cashout receipt and use.
Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 90 days. After 90 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.
Substitution. No substitution, assignment or transfer of cashouts is permitted, except by FusionCash. FusionCash will make reasonable efforts to alert the user when a substitution occurs.
Restricted Use. Users may not request payment to PayPal or bank accounts that they do not personally own. Users are also forbidden from "signing over" checks to other people.
Information Request. Occasionally, a cashout may be delayed due to the necessity of processing an IRS Form W-9 or an identity verification. In these cases, users can typically expect payment to be submitted within 10 business days of our receipt of the items.
Telephone Verification. Before a user may cashout, he/she must provide and verify a telephone number using our automated system. The system requires a unique telephone number with tone dialing, and is compatible with dial-up internet access.
V. INDEMNIFICATION
Liability. You agree to hold FusionCash completely without liability or fault in the course of any court proceedings ("hold harmless").
Unenforcibility. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.

And after I check this for my list of items I have applied for, does it direct me to "Contacting the Company"?
Option One: Live Chat
Click here to launch live chat support
Option Two: Support Ticket System
If you need help, you can open a new ticket.
If you need to request credit for an offer you completed that isn't showing in your account, visit the offer tracking page.
Evidently it is a support ticket...but maybe people think this means something else (I personally thought it was meant for information about why credits don't appear, I apologize for my mistake). However, I believe it unfair for anyone to insist that no one does the "30 seconds of research". Some people probably do, and once they search but don't find anything, they see the forum available, and ask (as in my case)! Evidently if there are so many threads started about this particular topic, it may be of service to everyone to make the "Contact Us" more accessible.
And to ditto you: not trying to be confrontational, I just don't think it's fair to assume that just because people ask for contact information on the forum means they didn't search for the information, are lazy, etc. Forgive those of us who actually DID look, and either didn't find or understand how to contact. I'm not saying everyone searches, but a rude response for a simple question without giving a person the benefit of the doubt seems arrogant and uncalled for. Thank you for the response. Please highlight or show from the above where information is given to contact the company. Honestly, we're not all lazy. Thank you!
