Have you ever had a dream that you woke up from mad at the person you dreamt about knowing the dream wasn't real, but mad anyway?

Absolutely have because i have so vivid dreams that if i dream negative i wake up feeling that way and if i have a good dream i wake up in a good mood and thinking about it all day!

Yeah. And I have trouble distinguishing dreams from reality.
Talking about things that only happened in my head.
I also get mad at people who have passed on and for no apparent reason.

It is hard to shake that feeling.  I do think dreams are messages of sorts.  In my case, I know it's stress.  It was a weird dream.

I only have bad dreams when I am very depressed however I always foeget about it after  1 hour.
