Yes, you can choose to have a check sent to you. Click on "Account" at the top of the main FC page and then on the left side of the page in the My Account box, click on "Account Information". About halfway down, you can check the button that says "check", as your preferred form of payment.

No, there are no fees for receiving and cashing a check. I've gotten a check now for my last four cashouts, but I think I'm going to switch to PayPal to make things easier and to receive my payment a little quicker.
