Coming Home

It is a new show on Lifetime, right after Army Wives.  I hd no idea what it was going to be about, but TIVO's it anyway.  I watched it last night.  It is all about soldiers coming back or home on leave from duty.  Some of them have not seen their families for a year.  There were a few incidents where they surprised their kids.  It was pretty heartwarming and very easy to shed some tears as they are crying from joy.

That's always a touching event. Those men and women put their lives on the line everyday & have to be ready to give up the ones they love. As well the families at home have to go through worrying everyday about the man/woman/father/mother/child that they love. I haven't seen the show, but I'm sure its beautiful !!

As a father of an active duty soldier I am very proud of his service but i worry EVERYDAY.  I pray for all our serving military, and thought i would share a recent photo that i received.


Please pray for all those deployed regardless of your opinion, they are our children, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and are loved.
