Does Canada get the same benefit as USA? I see people having these offers yet I don't see them myself. I tried checking everywhere and searching but I don't seem to find it. I got about 4 survey offers and removed 12 of them cause they were deposit/PIN.

I'm in the US.  I have 56 offers in the "ALL" category.  I suspect that many of these offers are US only.
I have 6 "offers" in the Daily section - daily surveys, daily 15 click, and other tasks.

Offers are added periodically.  Do the dailys and check again another day for NEW offers.

What happens if I change my status to USA, is that allowed and will I get more offers?

Unfortunately there are fewer advertisements that allow Canadian members to participate, so you'll see fewer offers if you're in Canada.  We'd love to give you more, but the selection is limited.

You can't "switch" your account - the country setting cannot be changed.
