What are your favorite Christmas cookies?

My favorite Christmas Cookies are cutout sugar cookies with frosting.
When our children were little, we made many batches of these!  We gave them as teacher's gifts so the gift was "personal" since the child decorated them especially for that particular teacher.

We had so much fun making them too!

MMMMMM i love divinity (I am not sure if this is technically a cookie). But pretty much any dessert and I am set. I love using the holidays as an excuse to eat all of the unhealthy things that I love.

Snickerdoodles and (fresh, warm) chocolate chip cookies are my favorite!  But I'm going to be limiting how many I eat; I'm working on losing weight/getting in shape, so this'll be a tough test.

My favorite is a recipe my grandmother passed down to my mom called "Elizabeth Cookies" I recently found out online many people call them "No Bake Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookies" They are super cheap to make and sooooo yummy.
