My computer system is of the latest on the market. I have high speed turbo driven digatal service. TV Survey must have a glitch in their system,because the video's i was watching provided by them , i have already watched or down loaded.WITH NO PROBLEM.Is FC and us being taken for a ride? Half way through it tell's me my system is'nt up to par. I know as an IT tech that they are wrong.Anyone else having a simalar problem?

I did the survey with no problem last night and was credited this morning.  Don't know what to tell ya, did you send a support ticket into the admins?
