I was wondering if anyone could give me a good opening statement so I can advertise this site on another site so I can try to get some referrals to this site. I would gladly appriciate the help.

In my experience, the best way to advertise this site involves taking a subtle approach.  Instead of bludgeoning someone with the promise of "lots of instant cash", I find it more successful to convince them in an indirect way. What I've seen done in the past, is that people have written online articles about reviewing legitimate paid survey sites. After reviewing each in a list, they include the banner to the website, so that people can click on it and sign up at their own discretion. What they won't realise is is that it's a referral banner, and so you'd make a lot of money off of the large volume of people who come check out your blog.
