Nope!!! I got sick the night of thanksgiving dinner. I ignore the left overs every time I visit the refrigerator.

Yes I sure am still eating leftover turkey. I made mine like a cheesesteak, the only thing of course it's turkey. Yay! Turkey is so much more healthier anyways.

Well I eat leftover turkey, but in a different way than most people. For as long as I can remember, my mom has been making "smooshed sandwiches". When I left the nest, I took the love of smooshed sandwiches with me. A smooshed sandwich is pretty much everything you had at Thanksgiving Dinner and putting all on a sandwich and smooshing it with the palm of your hand, and then enjoying all the different flavors coming together. Usually, my sandwich consists of two pieces white bread slathered with mayo, stuffing, turkey, corn, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and cranbury sauce. This year, I had something new from my mother-in-law which I enjoyed almost as much as my beloved smooshed sandwich. It was a casserole containing all the leftovers from the dinner. It was mighty good and recipe that I will have to try myself!

I really get tired of leftover turkey but this---it is a "GREAT IDEA!!!" I'm really going to try this out with fried onions and shredded mozzarella cheese!! That should be YUMMY!!!!!!!!

Ya, I wish, I made a 20lb turkey and we only had left overs for like 2 days, everyone was eating it at like EVERY meal lol.. I guess trying to beat each other out on how much they got lol.. I love making turkey sandwiches with the left overs, add some pickles, lettuce and tomatoe, mayo, and just enough honey mustard, wow, its delicious!!!
