Any suggestions for a good mold & mildew remover ?

I have tried Tilex for my tub,shower & bathroom....but the bleach smell is very strong

I haven't found anything that works well either.  A friends suggested thes Soft Scrub scouring pads that already have the soft scrub product in them.  She said one side is rough textured but not too rough so it doesn't scratch the glass and one side is soft for fixtures.  She also suggested using a mixture of vinegar ammonia and water,  ( I'm not sure the ratio only that it is more water and vinegar.) and spraying the walls and doors with keep the mold and mildew and grime from building up.

All the suggestions you have gotten are good for cleaning the mold and mildew. The best thing to do is to prevent mold and mildew from forming by ventilating your bathroom while the shower is in use and continue ventilating until all the steam is gone. Also, dry off all surfaces in your bathtub/shower stall after you have used them. That ensures that you won't have new mold and mildew forming. The key to mold and mildew growth is humidity/moisture, remove that and you remove the problem. It works for me, I use the simple steps that I mentioned and no longer have a problem.  I was told to stop using bleach and it wont grow back. Its been over a year.
