What is better to wash your hands before eating or to bless your food?

you should do both of them, Actually God can keep you from getting sick but God gives the human being a brain to use and to decide what is good for his sake and what is bad and washing your hand is good for your health and God loves you to be clean.

i never really bless my food dont feel that food needs a blessing so i would have to say wash your hands cuz your dont want dirty hands when your eating thats no good

I saw where this girl got an infection because she was outside playing and didnt watch her hands before she ate... Also  you dont know what happens to your food before you get it and you need to thank god for providing you food... So both

They both are very important, but you should wash your hands first so that  you don't get sick.
