I don't have a husband, but I have a boyfriend and he hates when his mom nags him and hates when I "remind" him...but that's what you get when you don't do what is asked of you within 5 hours (or just plain pretend like you forgot). They aren't difficult tasks either. Empty the dish washer...you can watch your football and do that at the same time.

The worst flaw that i can find about all men , is MONEY . But I guess women have that issue as well . i am just saying that this economy could use better guidence and more oppurtunites for employments .....

Well I am a Man and I just recently got married about 6 months ago. My wife always ask me to do things, whatever it is that she asked me to do I try to do it or I will put up a fuss about it. Us men should just do it get it over with and make wifey happy.

i'll tell u why he gets angry. its because he didnt want to do what u wanted help with, and told u not to bother with it. so u went did it yourself. it was done wrong and now he has to fix what he didnt want to do in the first place.  dont get me wrong i been living with my gf for about 10 years and if she needs help doing something i help her out 95% of the time.  so i can avoid that problem with her doing something wrong and have to go fix it cuz it just creates more work.

Try not to let it bother you so much..Make a list and show it to him and tell him he could choose the things that he will be willing to do...even if he chooses the small stuff atleast thats a few less small things you need to do!!...Good Luck!

Your husband sounds like a selfish jerk and if you continue to let him get away with making excuses, what are you going to do if and when you start a family.  Why do you allow him to bully you when he will not lift a finger when a chore isn't done his way.  The man is controlling and you are allowing it to happen.  What next-are you going to be allowed to leave the house.  Get a handle on this situation now, its not going to get better.

Yep you are right. Men need respect and a woman needs love. Let me just add some additions. Men need sex and women need communication and  feel secure with their mate and the list goes on. Marriage is sacrifice, compromise, and making adjustments. It is hard and it is a team effort. Husbands should help their wives and vice versa. I dont know why some men always thinks that. It is a women job to do the chores and take care of the house, but baby that doesnot work in our household. I respect my husband and I love him  dearly but he is gonna treat me right too. So all im saying talk to him and dont take the bulls crape!!!
