I'm a Newbie and I have made about 12 posts since Oct 14. Do I have to make 19 more posts before Oct 31 or does the month end when I began posting,which was Oct. 14?
Also, must I do the offers, I prefer the daily tasks, and reading email, and the videos, is there any particular catagory which we must do in order to remain a member?

Yes you need to do 30 in each month and request it by clicking on the link at the top of this page that says paid to post then go to the form to request it there is a counter there that tells you how many you have for the month it will reset on the 1st.  But you can request for the previous month if you forget to request it by the end of the month.  Just make sure you get the message ID numbers for posts in the month your requesting for you can find those at the top of your posts go to your profile and view all of your posts to find the message ID numbers. 

Yes but the daily tasks and reading emails and videos are considered offers as are all the free offers and the daily surveys.  You need 15.00 of those each time you cash out. And no there is no particular category that you must do to remain a member, as long as you get 15 dollar in offers each month from surveys or daily tasks or emails or videos and 25 in total you will be able to cash out.  So you could earn that 15 then do the remaining 10 in bonuses from referrals or promotions or you can earn it all with daily tasks or offers.

OK and thank you so much for the information, I was concerned because the offers, not just from FC but a couple of other sites are already inundating my mail boxes and half the time I can't read them all. Also you can't be signed up to a site more than once.

Welcome to the team and hope you the best.  I think what you did so far is good already.  Try to get more free offers if you want.  I got my first payment already and try to work on my second one too.  Continue what you doing and you will be find I guess
