Site offers

When I started doing surveys all the sites wanted me to "take a survey" I did and now have many survey sites I can go to! Problem; they all want me(US) to sign up with the same survey companies, I can't get extra points or earn cash because all sites state that we cannot sign up for the same survey site more than once? So right now I say NO to all those neat "Offers" because I've already signed up for more than half of them. Anybody have any suggestions on how I can kind of circle the wagons so that I don't have fifty sites and no income from them?  Thank you
