Hi,
Your Cashout request will remain PENDING 'til the PayOut date, which is usually the 20th of the following month 

So, if you requested Cashout by September 30th - you will be APPROVED by October 20th or thereabouts

If you requested Cashout in October - you will be APPROVED by November 20th and so on...

Also, PAYPAL is the fastest way to receive your $$$$....Direct Deposit or Via Check takes a few more days

Yes, it means they are checking all the offers and things that you did to earn that dollar amount.  It can be pending for up to 65 days depending on when you cashed out.  I have been awaiting my cashout for over 41 days but it will arrive by tomorrow.

yes, and I just got an email from FC that my cashout has been approved.  And I should get my payment on or about the 20th.  It was a really nice email.  This is the first time that FC has sent an email like this.  Check your account.  You should now see Approved where it previously said cashout pending.
