Be patient with them... as you know, it often takes time to get to cash out level. Not everyone has the patience to keep doing the offers and get to that level. Some people do one or two offers and then quit because they're really looking to "get rich quick" which FC won't give them. I've got almost 300 referrals and have only had two cash out, which honestly is kind of sad, BUT I choose to focus on rejoicing in the fact that those two finally got to a cash out level

One of the bonuses for having referrals, is that when they cashout (like you at $25), the referrer gets $5.00.
Each and every time they cash out, the referrer gets $5.00.

But as you can see from the above statements, having a stable of referrals doesn't guarantee that some/any will ever reach cash out.  Getting referrals is difficult enough, but nuturing them to achieve cashout is an entirely different process.  It's helpful to have done some of the educating before they sign up.

I barely started getting referrals last month.  I cashed out last night and copied the thing I could tweet (don't do twitter) and put it on my FB, got 3 more referrals. I definitely know one of them by the user name so I made suggestions on how to make money so hopefully I can get a cash out from her!

Boy is that the truth. I have 13 and most have never even confirmed their email. Oh well...
