How do you get the banner at the bottom at the page?
Is it allowed?
Aren't you not supposed to have referrals?

Do you mean the signature banner that shows the earnings? Click on the link in the green that says PROFILE. Under "Modify Profile" click on "Forum Profile Information." (It's on the left.) Scroll down until you see the signature box. You can edit it to say anything you want.

About not getting referrals, I'm not sure what you mean... We are encouraged to get people to join this site. You're just not allowed to try to get people from FC to join other sites.
