How to get children to eat vegetables?

I have think I have tired everything except candy veggies I just feel that defeats the purpose of the vitamins.

Put veggies in spaghetti sauce or use them as a topping on pizza.

I tired the pizza she looks at me and politely says no and motions with her had to remove the pizza. I will try the spaghetti sauce that seems intriguing.

MIX IT WITH MANWICH OR JUST TIED THEM DOWN AND DONT LET THEM GET UP UNTIL EVERYTHING IS OFF THE PLATE..WHEN THEY GET A JOB AND THEIR OWN PLACE THEN THEY CAN PICK OR CHOOSE WHAT THEY WONT EAT

my suggestion is to make it fun for the child, let them help in preparing the vegtables.

That is very true but my children have autism and I don't think that would work. I am in trial and error right now I am trying everything but restraining them is not an option. Although my mother just had to look at me and I did not move.

put cheese on it , works great on broccli lol

I will try to incorporate them in the the preparation of the meal that is a great idea. My five year old would love that eating what you make is a great motivator.
