A Shot In The Spin!

I had to take my husband to the doctor to get a shot in his spin today. Ouch He's got a bad back and I really hope the shot will help. He don't want surg. again, and I don't blame him. The doctor said the shot should help and he can take up to 3. I hope this really helps him. Noone should have to go though any kind of pain. Talk to everyone soon.

I had to have a shot in the spine also about 5 years ago. I have a herniated disk (right in my tailbone!) It got to be so painful that I couldn't stand sit or lay down for more than about 15 minutes at a time. I really hope the shot helps! It helped me. One side effect was my face got really hot and flushed like I had a sunburn. They didn't tell me that beforehand, so I really freaked out and called the doctors office thinking I needed to go to the emergency room!
