Trying to quit smoking...

I have several friends that have quit smoking by chewing gum everytime they would normally smoke a cigarette. it helped them, but i know it was hard for them to do.

Update on trying to quit...Well I cut way down these cheap cigar cigarettes are nasty..So now I am smoking maybe 5 cigarettes a day whoo hoo..I am also smoking outside which helps to cut down cause I have to make myself get up to go outside LMAO..I figured I would update you all and maybe all us smokers together could reach a goal..I also am sucking on dum dum suckers when I want one and really dont need another lol so far working pretty good..

Gratz Butterfly. I also cut down I cmoke about 5 a day only cause I dont want to take the time going up and down the steps at work lol
