toothpaste angst

Have you been to the toothpaste isle lately?...its embarrassing...we could plug the BP oil spill with all there are!

Colgate Total here.  Teeth have been so much better since I started using it about 4 years ago.

arm and hammer toothpaste is my favorite, but crest pro health is my close 2

Crest Extra Whitening gel with scope.  Has to be gel and has to be crest.

I like the Crest Pro Health.  It has more benefits that other brands all within the same toothpaste.  I had read reviews where the polishing crystals were cutting peoples lips and tongues and causing them to bleed, but I have never had that problem.  Perhaps they were brushing too hard or maybe they have very sensitive skin.  You have to brush gently.  It is the best toothpaste IMO.

I usually use Crest-pretty much anything from them.  I always make sure that whatever I buy has the ADA seal of approval on it, though-I read once that it's very important that toothpastes have it.

i like the gel with the mouthwash in it that foams up when you brush.
