Have you been to the toothpaste isle lately?...its embarrassing...we could plug the BP oil spill with all there are!   :bs:

Colgate Total here.  Teeth have been so much better since I started using it about 4 years ago.   :thumbsup:   :dog:

I like the Crest Pro Health.  It has more benefits that other brands all within the same toothpaste.  I had read reviews where the polishing crystals were cutting peoples lips and tongues and causing them to bleed, but I have never had that problem.  Perhaps they were brushing too hard or maybe they have very sensitive skin.  You have to brush gently.  It is the best toothpaste IMO.

I usually use Crest-pretty much anything from them.  I always make sure that whatever I buy has the ADA seal of approval on it, though-I read once that it's very important that toothpastes have it.
