I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.

A) Have you already submitted your cashout?
B) If so, when? If not, do you know how?
C) Did one of the offers you do get taken back, thus cancelling your cashout?

when mine says pending it always gets approved if it gets denied i would open a support ticket.

It will either approve or deny before the 20th, with enough time for you to send a support ticket if they denied it or, like last month, they asked me to scan my id, which usually happens when someones account information is similar to yours, so they give you enough time to  do those things so that you can still get it on the 20th!
