not getting credits

today when i do the surveys and offers im not getting credit! what should i do

I had the same problem this morning with a survey and I can't remember which one because I tried them all a couple of times today.  It was either .02 or Surveyhead.

Have you cleared your cookies?  Keep trying until they say you have gotten through all of them.

It's against the rules to post walk through information. I'll post what I can. If you need more help, please do step #1!

1.) Email your referrer and ask her (missijl) what to do! (Hehehe... I referred you. If you still have my email address, PLEASE feel free to use it to ask me FC questions. That's what I'm here for!)

2.) Make sure your cookies are enabled. (There are instructions to do this on the sign in page.)

3.) Clear your cookies using a free program like CCleaner.

4.) Follow ALL the steps to the offer. ALL OF THEM.

5.) Leave the offer open for 5-10 minutes to allow it to credit.

Note: If you don't qualify for a daily survey, you won't get credit for trying it. However, you can keep trying it until you DO qualify!

Definitely clear your cookies before you take a survey!  I find that if I don't, I won't get credited.  I also leave the completion/congratulation page up until I get credit, too- not sure if that makes a difference, but it doesn't hurt.
