Confirmation E-Mails

I have saved all the confirmation e-mails I have received, yet I have offers that I need to Request Credit for but I don't have confirmation e-mails.  I am assuming this means I did NOT complete the offer.  If I DO NOT receive confirmation e-mails for offers does this mean I can go back in and do them????  Not trying to do them twice, just trying to do them right.  Please help!!

Thanks Tracy   but what do we use to request credit if we don't have the confirmation e-mails and how do i know i should be requesting the credit if i'm not 100% sure that i completed the offer?
