You can cashout any time before the end of the month to get paid around the 20th of the next month. I always cashout as soon as I have the $25 minimum with at least $15 from offers. Usually it's the $15 in offers that holds me back, I get plenty from bonuses to reach the $25 quick.

I always cashout near the last day of the month I become eligible for cashout unless I know I'll be out of town or something. You can always cashout and then reverse it though. Really the only key is not to wait so long that your credits start to expire. If you visit FC daily it should really never be a problem where that will happen though.
