Can Christians lose their salvation? And if not, why does Satan tempt us?

Christians can never lose their salvation.  Satan tempts us so that we will sin against God.

No, A Christian cannot lose their salvation, and I will explain why. A persons salvation depends on their belief that Jesus is God's Son who came and was a sacrifice on the cross in our place. If you believe that, you are Saved, if you accept Jesus into your life, and know that He is God, then you are saved. Can a person all of a sudden see something and all of a sudden believe they never seen it, no once you seen something you know you seen it, you know it was there. So if you know Jesus is real, you know who He is, you cannot all of a sudden not.
Salvation is not dependent upon our works, it is not something we can earn, so if you mess up, you know that Jesus went to the cross because you messed up. He already did it. A human cannot earn their salvation, a human cannot mess up their salvation then, since they are not the ones who earned it. Jesus did. He paid the price for our sins, that is why He said, "It is Finished." Now if you are saved, you will know when you are doing something wrong, because His word is written on our heart, and you will feel convicted. A person that isn't saved, will be okay with living in sin, no remorse, nothing, they will continue living in the sinful lifestyle and won't see a thing wrong with it.

I agree 100% percent with you. Well said. People who are ok living with sin slowly start to lose their conscience. They don't care anymore. That's why those people who continually murder, rob, rape, and commit other sorts of crimes don't care about themselves or others. But if by some miracle they repent and accept Jesus as their savior then they will be saved as long as they don't go back to that lifestyle. You can't be a child of God one day and then decide to stop believing and then when it's convenient for you, you come back to him. That's not right at all.
