What city and state do you think the White House should really be in?

Personally, I think Philadelphia, PA because it is rich in history. The Declaration of Independence was signed there as you all know July 4, 1776. The Liberty Bell is there. Independence Hall, Independence Mall and it is believed that Betsy Ross made the first American flag in Philadelphia but no one is totally sure.

I think the White House should be somewhere in the middle of the U.S to prevent easy air strikes or coastal bombings and stuff like that maybe they should just put the white house in area 51
