For me it's Campbells Chicken noodle soup and Campbells Tomato soup.  I have tried just about every brand available to me including store brands & off brands & campbells is to ONLY brand I buy for those 2 EXCEPT when I make them myself.

Personal care products. I only use natural stuff, especially on my hair.

cat food is something i can't scrimp on.
the dang spoiled thing  :sad1: she'll starve
herself before she'll eat any other brand.
i suppose i should add cat litter, too...
i hate the cheap, dusty kind. you really
pay for what you get when it comes to
cat crap.

deodorant, because i learned way back
in health class in middle school that
antiperspirants can cause breast cancer
through sweat build-up in the glands.
i buy the good stuff because i'm paranoid...

that's about it. i'm pretty scrimpy  :P

The fact that antiperspirants can cause cancer has been spread around for years.  I am surprised that this was something that you learned in class.  There is no conclusive evidence that antiperspirant causes cancer at all.  I hope this makes people feel less worried.

I almost always buy name brands of everything.  Very often, they are cheaper along with a sale/promotion and/or a coupon compared to the store/generic brand.  Store brand quality is getting better, but it they still do not have the high quality like national brands.

laundry soap and soda two things we always!!! buy name brand... and I am very picky about toilet paper as well but surprisingly we buy a store brand from our local IGA which is a little more expensive than some of the name brands in comparison and better quality.
