How do you apply those tips to working at home on FC?

Well this is like spare cash for me - I have 2 other jobs, plus I'm trying to be more professional everyday to prepare for my new job after graduating college this upcoming spring.

And I'm a mom and go to school full time.  I know, I'm like a wonder woman - but I've talked to women that sound way busier then me - it's hard to believe.

Good luck with all your jobs and schooling. It will be hard at times, but the end result will be worth it. I was a medical receptionist for a while so I know how the job works. Just do your best to be pleasant to every one around you no matter how bad of a day you are having.

If the rest of you looks as good as what we see in that little box, I don't think you have a huge problem.

YOU WERE A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST?  Because now that I'm closer to graduation I'm wondering if this is really what I want - did you deal with a load of angry people on a regular basis?

always be nice and polite.  Treat people as you would want to be treated and be helpful If you are asked a question always give an answer if you don't know the answer tell them you don't know but will find out for them and go find out the answer.  dress according to your job if your a professional dress like one make sure you hair is done and that you don't wear to much makeup.
